Greetings friends, Thank you so much for investing the time to visit this page! I’m very excited to share with you all I’ve learned through coaching since the mid-’80s, in a variety of capacities, using a broad spectrum of modalities. I started as a fitness coach in my 20’s, then became a corporate sales coach in the technology industry. Throughout my life I have been fascinated by the field of human potential, encompassing all four quadrants of who we are – physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. Spurred by an introduction to powerfully effective methods and products, in 2008 my interests became my passion. I am dedicated to sharing the techniques and will allow you to “live long and prosper”

I also offer courses designed to meet specific goals in a variety of areas, such as transforming you body into a strong, healthy vehicle that will support you in your life.

My workshops are designed to teach you how to use powerful tools that keep you centered and motivated.

As a HeartMath®  Certified Trainer I teach the techniques, and provide the technology, that create a balance with all four systems for a healthier, happier, more fulfilling life.

As a Certified Hypnotist and Certified Psych-K Facilitator, I am also highly skilled in the use of EFT/ Tapping, Emotion Code, guided visualization, and a vast array of Course Correction Tools that result in rapid change.

One of my greatest gifts is my ability to see people as God intended them – Divine and perfect. This allows me to provide insights and inspiration that resonate with your highest self.

I am also dedicated to sharing the very best in internal and external anti-aging nutrition.

On a professional level I have been a connector, teacher, manager, coach and business development specialist. I connect people and concepts. A quote from Leadership Coach Simon Sinek embodies my belief about opportunity:  “The goal is not to do business with everyone who needs what you have. The goal is to do business with people who think like you think.”

On a personal level I believe in family first, those we are honored with by birth and  those we choose. I am blessed to be surrounded by my husband, three grown daughters, and five amazing souls who chose me to be their grandmother. The heart of my family extends to my siblings, my nieces and nephews, and precious grand-nieces and nephews. I must also acknowledge my furry companions, who give me tremendous pleasure and unconditional love. I find my Zen on a hike and landscaping in my yard.  My great escape is Paradise in the Bahamas.

On a spiritual level I embrace the Divine, which may be called by many names. I believe we are all connected through the unseen energetic field of possibilities. We are co-creators in all we experience, born with magical abilities, and a birthright that allows for the opportunity to be, have, and do whatever we set our heart to.
